Yes. And the real question should be whether or not standards should be included in "freedom of choice".

Are you "free to work" in an unsafe enviroment?

Or "free to work" and not follow codes and regulations regarding the consumer?

"Free to work" laws also seem to attract illegal aliens. They get more work in those areas.

Now if you want me to say bad things about Unions, there's a lot. You get a bunch of angry union members together, mob action tends to take over.

I've seen bad things happen to line crossers. Not a good example.
