A peek in my life

So my ex was back in town last week (she moved out of state not long ago)
For those who're following, this is the more recent of the 2 I refer to as Ex's, those being ones I consider serious/long term enough to rate that title
She has a WONDERFUL son who I love very much
He was just 3 when we met and I've taken care of him for the last 4 years
I never really thought I'd want kids or be able to be a dad till I met him
He calls me dad, and losing him made losing her all that much harder
Luckily, she's been pretty adult about letting me see him, and I got to go to a birthday dinner with him this past weekend
(for his 7th b-day)

Not sexy at all, kinda sappy & sentimental
