Weak 48 of Disasterous Donalds Regime

Dumb is dumb forever.

Yea I didn't think you had an answer....at least flower tried.

So exactly like I said...other than adapting, which our troops are already issued gear for and trained to perform their duties in all weather conditions, it's not a DoD or "security" problem.

You can't shoot/bomb/blow up/stab climate change to death.....not a security issue.

‘Creepiest thing ever’: Internet roasts ‘nightmare fuel’ Trump robot at Disney’s Hall of Presidents

Trump's animatronic figure for the Disney Hall of Presidents looks like it was carved out of Play-Doh and left out in the Florida heat, where it was discovered by a dying albino squirrel who settled atop its head and has been left there to decompose. pic.twitter.com/3vMZUTEylx

Breaking: 7 Disney Princesses and a Storm Trooper have come forward alleging Hall of Presidents Trump made lewd comments to them

Fredo in the White House: Here is where Trump’s rolling chaos is leading us in 2018

Donald Trump is wearing thin. He is inherently boring. Everything he says or tweets is so familiar, no matter how offensive, that it’s hard to pay attention to him anymore.

He generates crisis, offence and chaos every day, and yet he is devoid of information. He doesn’t tell us anything that we haven’t already heard. He is like a political thunderhead giving off rolling thunder, but in his case it is rolling chaos.

Nevertheless, let us examine where this chaos may be heading in 2018. There are signals in the madness that do contain information.

The Russia investigation is expanding and drawing ever closer to Trump’s inner circle. There will be more indictments, followed, one must assume, by eventual presidential pardons.

Most likely we will see revelations on Russian bank loans in 2008, Russian money-laundering, dirty Trump movies, Trump advising the Russians not to retaliate with diplomatic expulsions so that they will look reasonable and justify Trump lifting sanctions when he becomes president (an act of potential treason) and the forever lingering inducement of a Trump Tower Moscow.

Secondly, Trump has had two episodes of slurred speech. I speak now as a linguist associated with colleagues who deal in speech pathology. In January, Trump is slated to undergo a physical at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.

I cannot predict their diagnosis, but I shall offer mine: Fronto-temporal dementia, with a variant of progressive non-fluent aphasia (inability to speak).

In other words, Trump acts in an impulsive, vulgar fashion and eats compulsively because the machinery in his brain to inhibit such behaviour is disintegrating. Further, his speech production area — known as Broca’s area — is also affected, resulting in limited speech and slurred pronunciation. Onset is insidious, but once symptoms are manifest with this disorder, the course is rapid. By next spring, Trump could likely be unable to speak at all if my suspicions are correct.

GW may have been a lying asshole but Trump is The King of Anus!

Come :mad:on Bob!

Lol you didn't bother to read it, did you?

LMAO

You think the "risk" posed by climate change is being worried that our troops will be caught in a flood?

Risk: Increasing temperatures

Solution: Issue portable mini-fans in all combat gear

You dumb shit. Read the report.

Of course, YOU know better than all of American security agencies put together

Yea I didn't think you had an answer....at least flower tried.

A global-warming-induced drought in Indonesia in the 1990s led to Suharto's overthrow. A GW-induced drought in the MidEast circa 2000 led to the Syrian civil war, massive refugee flows, and the birth of ISIS.

Climate change has consequences. Bet on further droughts and famines to generate massive population shifts. The USA 1930s Dust Bowl refugees, and Black migration from rural South to urban North, should give a hint of what can happen even within our borders, let alone globally.

Exactly.

Take Puerto Rico and multiply it. What if that was Florida? Obviously, this is going to be a huge problem for the military, and they know it.

The U.S. DoD is generally not stupid, and their first priority is themselves. They know what kinds of demands could be made on them.

Yep and I didn't see anything about a GW spies, armies or boogie men posing an eminent threat to our security.

Care to point out where it has any of that?

Exactly.

Not a DOD/military issue...not a security threat but a structural one.

A global-warming-induced drought in Indonesia in the 1990s led to Suharto's overthrow.

Uh hua....sounds like an agricultural problem not a security problem.

GW-induced drought in the MidEast circa 2000 led to the Syrian civil war, massive refugee flows, and the birth of ISIS.

So you have no fucking clue about what actually led to the Syrian civil war or the birth of ISIS.

The fugee flow was about bad policy, not GW.

Yes it does and none of them are a security threat.

People been chasing climate change since the beginning of time, do it right or it will result in disaster for certain, that doesn't make it a security threat unless you're really stretching shit to push AGW hysteria. It's certainly not one from a military perspective.

Trump just inadvertently ruined one of the major GOP talking points on tax reform

While celebrating the passage of the GOP’s tax bill, President Donald Trump admitted that tax cuts for businesses were the driving factor behind the bill his party sold as one meant to help the middle class.

“The plan also lowers the taxes on American businesses from 35 percent all the way down to 21 percent,” the president said during a press conference Wednesday. “That’s probably the biggest factor in this plan.”

As The Washington Post noted, Trump’s admission offers proof that the GOP “deceptively sold” the bill as one meant for the middle class. The White House’s own Sarah Huckabee Sanders said the bill’s focus was “primarily, and priority number one, is middle-class Americans,” and Republican leaders echoed that claim.

Remember this next November. :)

Ex-Trump evangelical adviser says he knew he was wasting his time after two meetings

A.R. Bernard, the pastor of the Christian Cultural Center Megachurch in Brooklyn, New York, went on Samantha Bee’s TBS show this week to talk about why he walked away from President Donald Trump’s evangelical advisory board.

During the interview, Bee asked Bernard when he knew that he’d made a mistake in signing up as a Trump evangelical adviser.

“Meeting two,” Bernard replied.

Bee then asked him what he thought he could possibly achieve by being a member of Trump’s evangelical advisory board.

“I thought that I would be a voice, a minority voice, at the table,” he said. “To help influence policy, ideas, initiatives.”

However, Bernard says he quickly realized that he would not have any such influence over any kind of administration policy.

Trump is not a Christian, he is an asshole!

Morning Joe rips McConnell and Ryan for mocking Trump in private — and kissing his ass in public

MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough ripped congressional Republicans for privately questioning President Donald Trump’s fitness for office, while publicly lavishing him with praise.

The “Morning Joe” host spent the first half hour of Thursday’s program bashing Vice President Mike Pence, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and House Speaker Paul Ryan for sucking up to the president in the most “embarrassing” way after GOP lawmakers passed the tax bill.

“Donald Trump is trying to build a personality cult,” Scarborough said, before tossing a question to MSNBC’s Capitol Hill correspondent. “Have you ever seen, or have any of your colleagues ever seen, such a display of cravenness of members of Congress who are duly elect and equal to the president in power being so obsequeous to the president?”

Reporter Kasie Hunt said she’d never seen such a display, and she said their praise contradicted the serious concerns they’ve raised with her off the record.

“I was just so struck by the disparity between what they were saying in public and what we hear all the time behind the scenes in private about kind of the general exhaustion and unpredictability of working with this administration,” Hunt said.

Scarborough hears the same private concerns from lawmakers, and he called them out for praising Trump’s “exquisite” leadership in front of the president.

“What is so striking, again, is if you look at what these members say behind closed doors, saying he is not mentally fit, saying that he is a horrific president, that he’s got terrible leadership skills,” Scarborough said.

Rethuglicans are hypocrites... Si!:)

Well, duh.

Consider. Pence is next in line of succession for the presidency and Ryan is right behind him. They play nice, they might survive to succeed. That's how old and modern Byzantine politics work. Tromp might not be able to fire his potential successors, but his private security chief might be involved if they suffer any "unfortunate accidents."

They're being diplomatic. DIPLOMACY: The art of saying, "Nice doggy!" while looking for a stick.

Trump blames Democrats for looming government shutdown

If Congress would pass a budget before October we wouldn't have this fucking problem, asshole!

The federal government could shut down on Friday, pulling billions of dollars out of the U.S. economy and leaving hundreds of thousands of employees out of work. Meanwhile, politicans on the left and right are busy playing the blame game.

President Donald Trump, who earlier in the year said Americans could use a “good” shutdown, accused Democrats of wanting to shutter the federal government before the holidays in order to distract from what he called the “very popular, just passed, tax cuts.”

What a dick!

GOP controls the House Senate and they have the Draft Dodger in the WH. How could a shut down possibly be the fault of the Democrats?

MSNBC panel breaks down how Trump’s ‘psychological abuse’ is turning US into ‘The Twilight Zone’

Panelists on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” agreed President Donald Trump showed signs of becoming an autocrat, but they’re so far encouraged by the resilience of democratic institutions.

Host Joe Scarborough welcomed back author Anand Giridharadas to the show, a little more than a year after the two sparred over how worrisome the Trump presidency would be.

Last year, Scarborough called Giridharadas “hysterical” for admitting he felt “physical fear” of a Trump administration — but the pair found much to agree about 11 months into this presidency.

“I never imagined it would be as bad as it is,” Scarborough said.

Giridharadas put the lies into another context, also indicative of authoritarian rule.

“I think one of the most important words to describe what we have lived through this year is this idea of gaslighting, which is a form of psychological abuse in which someone makes you not trust your own grasp on reality in small ways, so when they want to come for the big lie, you don’t really understand what’s going on anymore,” Giridharadas said.

The way to resist this form of brainwashing is to not believe anything Trump says unless you can independently confirm it. Distrust anything a Republican says and 50% of anything a Democrat says and you will not be fooled, like a common Trump Chump.:)

Authoritarianism expert: Russia hacked Lindsey Graham’s personal emails so Trump may be blackmailing him

Writer and expert on authoritarian regimes Sarah Kendzior appeared on MSNBC Thursday and blasted Republicans for their submissiveness to President Donald Trump.

She and host Joy Reid discussed the bizarre turn-around of Sen. Lindsey Graham who went from calling Trump a “kook” to attacking the media for trying to “label the guy some kind of kook not fit to be president.”

The uncomfortably effusive praise of Trump by Vice President Mike Pence and members of the cabinet, as well as an unctuous speech by long-serving Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-UT) led Kendzior to speculate that Trump might even be blackmailing some officials.

“The RNC was hacked,” Kendzior said. “We don’t know what happened with those e-mails. We know that Lindsey Graham’s personal e-mails were also hacked and we know that Trump has a long track record of blackmailing and threatening those who he sees as his political opponents. That goes back throughout his entire career.”

Rumors have long swirled about the never-married Graham’s sexual orientation. Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee insinuated earlier this year that he has concerns about Graham’s sexuality.

When the South Carolina senator was proving to be insufficiently loyal to Trump in March, Huckabee said, “I sometimes wonder what uniform he puts on each morning when goes out to the field to play… and I’m not just talking about the partisan uniform.”

"Light Loafer Lindsey" blackmailed by the Trumpanzy? Does Trump have the goods on Russian backed GOPs? How many of our Congress critters have been compromised?
