lol i think we all know why he is doing that

he wants to acknowledge all of the local news stuff that is happening around the world that only the national right wing media world has the guts to do and turn those local news stuff into national 24 7 style headline breaking news coverages

and he also wants to prove to everyone that the left wing media galaxy are always radio silence when it comes to the local news stuff
