you don't do chili in australia? it's a soup... tomatoes (several kinds), onions, garlic ...beans (i used black, pinto, and kidney), and lean steak (some use ground beef or sausage), and spices.

i don't do a recipe for chili but i'll put one together for you - i LOVE chili and it can be different every time. We have events over chili - called chili cook-offs. You can have it mild, medium, or smoking hot. It's YUMMY and very filling.
