Well met! (closed)

Samantha did not bother stopping to get a basket she had no need for one. She was there for Ice cream and to make Evan rethink his decision when he laid eyes on her. Samantha felt the market was small enough that lingering at the front was not necessary to be seen. Evan would see her just as several other guys had already scanned her body with their eyes. She grabbed two pints of her favorite ice cream then headed for the check out area. While standing in line making small talk to a guy that had almost mirrored her every step in the market she caught a glimpse of Evan walking out the door.

OH WELL; she thought. Evan will know I am in the market when he gets to his car. Samantha decided to have a little fun flirting with the guy behind her while waiting to be checked out. He could not keep his eyes off her chest, which may have, been because the coolness of the ice cream aisle had made her nipples stand at attention. Samantha quickly walked toward the door after checking out making sure the guy would not be able to check out quickly and catch her. Her thoughts slipped to how yummy the ice cream would be while lying naked on her bed with Tony or Evan, maybe even Tony and Evan to share it with. That thought had brought a broad smile to her face just as she turned to exit the market.

He found the gift stretched around his rearview mirror. No wonder she had been so active next to his car. He smiled that she had thought to leave him a gift, though her tease was evident in most everything she did. He waited for her to return to her car, seeing her turn the corner, his eyes again took her in from head to toe.

"Hey sexy, where have you been? Wait, it must have been cold, whereever you were." he smiled as he referenced her condition. It was diminishing in the heat of the day, but it did not escape his notice! He held out the bra, wondering at her real purpose in leaving it.

"Did you mean for me to try this on, or were you just looking for a place to hang it to dry?" Foolish, he knew, but humor was a much better option than asking her why she had invited him to the club and left with another guy.

Samantha noticed Evan standing at her car when she exited the market as she approached him she noticed his scruffiness; a look she is not fond of seeing on any guy much less Evan. Walking past Evan to put the ice cream in the car she blurted, "Hi, sexy boy."

With Evan offering her bra and making comments about her breast, she answered his question about the bra. Samantha looked Evan directly in the eyes as she asked, "Would you hold it for me just a few more seconds?"

Just as she got the last word out she slipped the Henley tee shirt off over her head. Samantha's eyes never strayed from Evan's eyes as they slipped down her body the look on his face was priceless. She quickly took the bra from him slipped it on then put on the Henley. The look was still on his face as she said, "My ice cream is melting I have to run. I will share if you want something sweet?"

Samantha quickly got into her car. Samantha was about to pull away when she rolled the window down and blurted out, "that is after you clean up." Pulling away Samantha did not look back.

Evan was still standing when she left, seemed to be a regular routine. Too bad she had not gotten his favorite ice cream, he would have cleaned up for that.

Evan pulled in, hit the shower and found his room resident was awake in the kitchen. Damn it, he thought, no luck at all today! It was not until Shelby turned around that they both got a shock neither had expected.

"What the hell are you doing here, pervert." She did not sound on solid ground, but she was a badger backed into a corner, and she was ready for a fight.

"I belong here, this is my place." He saw the blood drain from her face as she took inventory. Perhaps she remembered more of the evening than he had, but he also knew that ALL her clothing was strewn throughout his room.

"Great, so you thought you would just get yours and leave me to figure out how to get the hell out of here? Asshole!" Not that she knew where here was, difficult to call a cab when you aren't even sure what city you are in.

"I'm a little blurry on events last night, what do you remember." He was offering an olive branch, but he had every expectation that she would use if for kindling.

"Yeah, I get you there, neither one of us would have done this in our right mind." She was softening, but only in tone. All the anger was probably beating like a drum between her ears. Evan was feeling it too.

"Can I give you a lift? I don't want you to think that I am anything less than a gentleman."

"No worries there, Evan, I certainly wouldn't confuse you with a gentleman."

It took time to wind their way out of the tangle of confusion and frustration, but Shelby was soon in a cab, headed home or back to her car, where ever they might be.

Evan took the time to shower, and considered heading to Samantha, though the ice cream might well be gone by now....
