That's what it took.
Months of one way silence. Questions were asked seeking advice and direction. Nothing in return. One indirect and hidden post.
Then more months of two way silence. No contact either way. No 'what happened'? No, 'How can we fix things?' Not even an 'Are you still alive?'
Finally, without any communication at all, I find they did something I suggested so long ago, yet nothing to correct the problems that led to that suggestion
They created a mess. The mess was explained to be untenable. They left the mess.
Yet they are busily admonishing the folks that contribute the bread and butter to the site while continuing to refuse to do anything to solve the problems. They refuse to even admit those problems exist, despite dozens of others detailing those problems explicitly and publicly providing ample evidence. Even when before and after screenshots are provided ... 'no, that didn't happen'.
