West Richland Tavern.

"Wait!" Kit Called. "Please..." He froze. His mouth was flying and he wasn't even sire what it was trying to say. "I-I..." He mentally barrated himself for stuttering like an idiot. "I-its just..." He stopped talking and opted not to speak and instead looked at her with soft pleading eyes, eyes begging forgiveness. Eyes that spoke of a desire for companionship. He had used his eyes to speak so many times. They spoke the clearest and he felt he could get his true meaning across better then words and language could ever do.

Hannah halted and turned to him slowly, a small sad smile gracing her face. She looked as if she were about to sob but her voice came out with such a confident clarity anyone would be certain the emotion showing in her face a trick of the eye. She bit her lip softly.
"You mustn't be afraid to speak to me. If no one else ever hears your voice, allow me to and you shall never need to pay for your stay here." She forced her smile warmer and broke her gaze from his. "Say what you need to say, for the voice, though at times weak and nearly unusable, may be the most liberating thing..."

"I-I don't want T-to be alone." KIT stuttered and he looked at her. His confidence wavered but his gaze didn't. He held it in such a way that seemed to give him strength. "Please. " Kit said softly.

She sighed gently and held her breath. She sighed again softly and nodded. "Come on.."
Her steps were silent as she lead him down stairs, and she waited for his form to become nearer to hers before she started down into the basement. Keri and Dee were fast asleep in one queen bed in the adjoining room.attached to hers. One small single bed was left pre made for emergencie.
When they arrived there she would offer it to him, as well as a fair warning.

"Not really... Just, sleep okay... and if you try anything I sleep with a gun near by." Her voice soft as she spoke. She then exited to bathe and get ready for bed. "Good night."

DJ slowly packed his equipment up, happy to be done for the day. He was pretty tired, especially for having moved around all day. It made him feel like he was back to his old life, never really knowing what to expect, and forcing him to stay alert. He wondered if he should start back up working out and training. He sighed, deciding the future would work itself out.

The drive to his house was relatively quick, and as soon as his head hit the pillow DJ was out like a light.

After bathing, Hannah slipped into a silky nighty and curled into bed. Try as she might, she couldn't sleep. Her heart pounded in her chest and she hummed softly. Carefully she sang just a few lines, nothing too extravagant but she did it when sleep wouldn't come. "I wanted you to know... I love the way you laugh. I want to hold you high and steal your pain, away..."

This was why he hadn't wanted to sleep alone. He had heard her humming mg and soon she was singing. It was almost like a lullaby. He knew she wasn't going to get much sleep though. He could feel restlessness vibrate off her body like a electricity. He took a deep breath and hummed along to her song, adding a deep bass-like undertone to the music. He then gently ran his fingers across her shoulders. They were tense. If he had tried he could have massaged the knots out, but he was just trying to help her sleep and the gentle rub should have been enough to do that.

She jumped and.pulled from him, her heart racing. "Please, don't..." She scooted to the edge of the bed and swung her legs over, she stood and went to the next room over. She sat upon the small twin bed, a Meer ten feet from him now. "Please, just sleep there. I'll be here should you need me." Her voice was soft and tired as she watched him through the large doorway."

He sighed and nodded, slowly turning onto his side and sighing again. "Good job. You fucked that one up." HE thought angrily to himself. "Count yourself lucky that she didn't shoot you. You could be dead right now." He thought before sitting up in bed and grabbing his cell phone. A minute later he had opened a game to help him relax. As Plants Versus Zombies filled his mind he began to get slept, so falling asleep right in the middle of his game.

She jumped and pulled back suddenly. "Please don't..." She scooted to the edge and swung her legs over before shedding the blankets and standing. She then made her way to the next room and climbed into the single bed there. She could see him through the huge doorway and knew he could see her. She bit her lip, speaking softly. "Please just try to get some rest... I'm right here should you need me." Her bed was virtually ten feet from the one she was resting in now.

Troy had been busy chasing the last few stragglers away and making sure everyone had managed to get a Taxi. He was exhausted and glad that tomorrow Eugene and DJ would be helping out but he still felt like he needed to be inside and not out. Well he actually knew a guy at his gym who was looking to break into the security business. If he put it to him that this was a trial two week probation period he would probably get him to work really cheap or even for free. He would meet him for lunch tomorrow.

As he checked that everything was secure he thought he would check on Hannah before he left. Creeping down the stairs he saw a strange figure in her bed and then finally spotted her in the single bed next door.
"Everything ok Hannah. You look a bit out of sorts. Who's the guy in your bed?" Troy said with a bit more venom than he intended.

She watched the light of the phone illuminate his young features. He was a cute kid, couldn't be older than 21 if that even. She sighed and rose in silence from her bed as he drifted off. Carefully she made.her way over to him and took the phone from his grasp. Gently she.locked it and rested in on the nightstand. She then eased him.back so he wouldn't fall from the bed, and she pulled the covers around him. She then placed a tender kiss upon his forehead and sighed dreamily. "Sleep well..."
She then made her way back to bed, the clock on her wall read five thirty, but it felt like seven.

Hannah stopped when she saw Troy and ran to embrace him, her.arms wrapping around his torso. "Some kid who's lost his way love. He's harmless...." Her voice was soft. "Please don't be angry with me." His tone scared her, he was a big man and she knew he could do what ever he wished.

If the current situation had taught him anything it was that he knew a malevolent presence. He knew when there was going to be trouble and he was always ready for it. He felt the anger of the man and was awake in an instant. He didn't open his eyes right away and made sure everything appeared to be asleep. When The hostess distracted the man Kit acted. He rolled out of the bed and with all the silence he knew, crept through the shadows, his small knife at the ready. He wasn't afraid, nervous, or unsure. He knew what had to be done and would make it happen. "STAND down." He said from the shadows. "SHE was being the best possible hostess." His voice, though deeper, wasn't mean or vicious, but soft, calm, determine. He never hurt a soul, but that didn't mean he would hesitate. "I will leave and go to my room. Don't hurt her she didn't do anything, but keep me company. With his knife still at the ready he used the shadows to creep past them and down the hall, always keeping his eye on the man.

As soon as he got back to his room he took a deep breath and panted lightly. He didn't like to get that way, but he would if necessary. He never let his own fears stop him from fighting when it game right down to it. The only problem was that now he was ready for a fight and now there wouldn't be one. Kit knew he wouldn't be sleeping tonight.

Troy held Hannah and kissed her on the head. "Sorry Hannah guess I got a little jealous there for a second," he began in a contrite voice, " I know I don't really have a right to be but...", he began when suddenly the guy jumped out of the bed with a small knife pulled and rolled into the shadows. Troy rolled Hannah behind him and faced the guy. His handling of the knife was okay but not professional, he wouldn't have much trouble disarming him. Then he heard the kids words and knew the kid was more worried about him so he let him pass. Tomorrow though he would have words with him and if he tried pulling the knife on him again he would find out just how useless a weapon it was against him.

Once he was gone he turned back to Hannah. Smiling sheepishly he glanced at the ground. "Well looks like I made a great first impression on that one huh? Hannah don't ever be scared of me okay. I may be big and strong but I have never raised my hand to a lady and I never will." Then he blushed a deep red and chuckled a little bit. "Well not unless she asked me too that is."

kit sat on his bed for hours, thinking, flicking his knife, and staring at the wall. He couldn't sleep and it was stupid for him to continue to grumble about being stupid. Kit finally let out a longs sigh and walked to the door. Leaving almost a thousand dollars on the night stand as he walked out the door. Kit would be back of course, but he needed to leave the money just in case they went in his room. They might think he had left, but he was okay with that. Kit crept through the old building and out through an open window, down their loud firestop.

With that he was gone and went looking for a store as he looked at his grimy clothes. "Time for a change." HE mumbled.

Hannah sighed already in her soft silken nighty. "C-come to bed..." She pleaded and curled under the covers. Her shoulders and back were sore, her feet ached and she knew tomorrow held everything the same.
Her mind kept drifting to the kid, and though he was a tad flaky and odd she liked him. She decided to attempt to hire him on as a waiting hand.
She waited for Troy's warm body to lie next to hers. She sighed almost sadly, she had wanted to make love to him, but her muscles were too sore and the hour nearly too late.

Troy stripped down to his boxers and slipped under the covers with Hannah. She flinched a little from him but from her little grimace of pain he knew it was not from fear but from pain. "Oh you poor baby," He crooned as he started to gently massage her shoulders and neck. "You are so tight and knotted up. No wonder you can't get to sleep. Roll over and let me massage you so you can at least get some rest tonight, or you will be no good tomorrow."

Eugene lay awake in bed thinking of Raven and the kiss he stole. The look on her face was priceless and adorable. Sadie had sniffed his hand wagging her, obviously wondering who it was he touched. She was curled up at his feet, for a little dog she snored quite loud. Soon Eugene soon drifted off into a deep sleep, dreaming of Raven walking hand in hand in west richland park. Tomorrow the shop books needed doing, it was a boring chore but had to be done. It might keep him from seeing Raven at lunch, hopefully it wouldn't if he worked hard on them. Thankfully his brother Eric would help, he was always the financial whiz kid.

Raven awoke and looked at the clock, 10:30am. She stretched and laid there for a minute thinking about what was planned for the day. She knew that Tess wanted to start working on their dance routine, so that will probably take a lot of the time. She was glad that they weren't going to be open for lunch anymore and it was just a one time thing for the grand opening, it was fun, but exhausting! Raven got up and jumped in the shower, her body was complaining from the long day yesterday so she put it on as hot as she could handle it and let the water and heat wash over her and soothe her aching muscles. As her body started to relax she washed her hair and put in lots of conditioner to keep it soft and manageable. She washed her body with her vanilla scented body wash and made sure she was nice and smooth all over. She stepped out of the shower and wrapped a towel around her body and then grabbed a smaller one to dry her hair. As she walked into her bedroom she peeked through the curtains to see if Eugene was at his window again. She was disappointed when he wasn't there, but figured he was either still sleeping or busy working. It isn't like he is going to sit in the window waiting for her all day! Raven finished towel drying her hair and then quickly brushed it and pulled it back into a ponytail. She put on a gray sports bra, black thong, gray yoga pants and a bright pink over-sized t-shirt. She put on some thick socks and then headed downstairs for some coffee and a light breakfast.

Eugene had the clock set for 8:00 am as it alarms, he reaching out fumbling to turn the damn thing off. He Rolled out of bed groggily to the bathroom, quickly showering and rinsing off steps out drying himself. Briskly drying his hair before combing the tangles out, wrapping a towel around his waist to the closet. He took a black short sleeve work shirt, a howling wolf on the back, Wolf Custom Bikes beneath it. And black work pants, stepping the the dresser for socks and underwear. Dressed in a few minutes his belt and boots last, Sadie lead the way downstairs for breakfast. Pouring himself a mug of coffee, nuking a breakfast sandwich. The microwave dings and he removed it, Eugene's eating it as he steps into the office. Pulls the books from the desk drawer, working his ass off finishing by 11 am. Steps into the office bathroom to brush his teeth, stepping to the office door as he hears bro's Mustang. Eric had arrived at 9 am and opens the shop, Sadie ran out greeting him to get petted. ''I'm in the office Bro come double check the books?'' Eric steps in to take a seat, to double check the books for errors. ''It's all good Bro we're in the black Bro you're getting good at this you know.'' Standing from his desk chair Eugene grins. ''Thanks Bro. I'm going to see someone for lunch...you're on your own.'' With that said he's out the door, headed across the street to knock on the tavern door. ''It's just me Eugene!''

Hannah had fallen asleep under Troy's gentle touch. Dreams held her through the night and the morning came too soon. Quietly her eyes opened and a careful groan left her lips.
She touched Troy's cheek softly before rising onto his hips and sitting there. She would lean down and her lips would graze his, then they would find his jaw, then his neck. Her small hands would snake up his sides slowly feeling the slight muscle's ripple under his flesh.
She would kiss his ear softly and smile. "Wake up love..."

Alexa woke up around 10:45, her body sore, but her smile big. She hoped that the missing persons report was the last she'd hear from her birthgiver. She got out of bed, made it, and hid the money she earned last night away. Dressing in a pair of shorts, panties, tank top and sports bra, she made her way downstairs, knowing that she'd be dancing. She missed dancing. . .

Seeing Raven getting breakfast, she smiled and went over. "Sleep well?" She asked, finding tortillas and scrambling some eggs.
