Chances? Low. Vanishingly low.

Trump has selected a cabinet that is extremely unlikely to do this. Because here's the reality: even if some of them wonder about his fitness, they know that to take sides against Trump almost certainly means the end of their political careers. And that's the primary motivating factor.

If his party fares very badly in the upcoming mid-term elections (which it may) and IF he does some really crazy things between now and then, maybe. But still unlikely.
