I’ve been to S.Korea a number of times and have enjoyed this cinnamon punch (Sujeonggwa). It gives you kind of a caffeine lift, in a good way.

It’s incredibly simple to make:

Ingredients:
- 10 cinnamon sticks
- 1/3 cup fresh ginger (minced)
- 1 cup of dark brown sugar
- 1 gallon of water

Directions:
Bring all ingredients to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer for 20 minutes.

Cool and separate liquids from solids through a sieve or colander.

Keep refrigerated in a pitcher. It should last at least one week.
 
Chamomile tea.. organic from somewhere Europe.. water from tap 🍀
 
Hot Tang. I am camped in a pop-up tent trailer at 7500 ft elevation and the temperature is 21 Degrees F. It hits the spot
 
coffee w/cream & sugar *well actually monkfruit, but doesn't really roll off the tongue*
