It depends on my mood at the moment to some extent, and for right now, I have to agree with funman to an extent. A woman with fairly average proportions or perhaps even slightly petite in size, but someone who looks good/sharp in female business attire. Large breasts are not really necesssary either. I actually prefer more petite sized women in this department. Full lips are a nice plus as well.

Now the above are physical attributes, of course. Other important non-physical attributes would include someone who behind closed doors isn't afraid to act sensual, erotic even.
