Interesting that you think that criminality and character flaws are heritable traits. I would tend to agree but that's not a very progressive point of view.

I do think nurture plays a significant role but I have to agree, criminals are probably born.

The official progressive point of view is that crime is "caused" buy poverty and societal disadvantages.
