Fou-Lou is by far the coolest antagonist I've ever seen. I memorized his bloody monologue, and I have a terrible memory. Using it as my avatar ties into an obscure little belief that I have. It states that the Antagonist drives the storyline, while the Protagonist drives the character development. Far too many stories nowadays neglect the Antagonist, which is a shame.
