What is a "Sexy Chat?"

I've been approached by people from 3rd world countries asking me if I would be interested in a "sexy chat."

A couple of questions... 1) What is a "sexy chat?" and 2) Should I be concerned that my credit card information might be used illegally by paying for postage for a large lump sum of money that is coming to me from a distressed African diplomat?

well 'sexy chat' i believe is referring to cybering...or just talking dirty or something in that vain

and as for african diplomats, in my experience it's the ex-treasury ministers who have a few million in their basement that you need to watch out for
