QOTSA- The DVD is pretty neat that came with my CD. Dave Grohl played drums on this album and is highlighted quite a bit. He really is a very good drummer.

I suggest Blues for the Red Sun by Kyuss. Pretty cool CD. They had a singer back then, so Homme just plays guitar, but it's pretty good.

It was good to hear Grohl get back behind the drum set for Songs for the Deaf. Oddly, there's Eagles of Death Metal where Josh Homme plays drums instead of guitar. They don't play death metal and are actually quite good. Another side project.
