I teach graduate students on their practical rotations. As I was putting my water bottle in my backpack, which I've been using since I started undergrad in 2001, while getting ready to leave work today it occurred to me that my backpack is older than my current grad students. Fucking christ that made me feel old.

I love the grey hairs I have (you can actually see some of them in my profile pic). Surprisingly, they don't make me feel old, cause they look like glitter strands they are so silver.

Gray and silver is hot. I especially like the phase when there is a silver, dark brown and golden hair combination

What a nice topic! I ordered pizza for dinner and the drive there takes me past the high school I graduated from and the huge pine trees out front by the road. I helped plant those trees when they were just tiny little saplings. That and my birthday coming up have me feeling old today
