What magazines do you subscribe too?

Hey there--wanted to throw in my two cents on this one. I don't subscribe to it, because it's international and cheaper to just buy at the bookstand everytime a new issue comes out. I love BLUE magazine--lots of pretty pictures by queer artists and photographers and some interesting articles as well. It's an Australian mag and really interesting. I used to subsribe to DETAILS before they changed their format--I really liked the "Bachelor Padding" feature, and I don't think they do that anymore. I was actually in an issue of DETAILS too. So if you see a backissue with the lead singer of Catatonio on the cover(Carys Matthews I think?), look for the little blurb on the guy that one the "Velvet Rope Contest" and you'll see a little picture of me!

Subscriptions

National Geographic, Readers Digest, a racing mag. and an
outdoors sports paper.

I read the New Yorker and Smithsonian when I can get my hands on them for free. I always liked the New Republic, but I don't even know if it exists anymore.

My library card is my best subscription...and it's free.

It's not technically a subscription, but I religiously purchase Blue, an Australian art magazine with a gay culture focus. It's actually cheaper to purchase an issue at a time because it's an import. Excellent mag though.

Oh, and I have a long-standing habit of "borrowing" magazines from doctors' waiting rooms.
My former primary care doctor had American Cheerleader in his office every month, I took a few of those home!

I'm letting my subscription to MAXIM magazine run out. I've renewed my FHM subscription. Also, I subscribe to Sky & Telescope.

There may be others, but my meds are making me too drowsy to remember any at this time.
