Nearing the end of an 18 month run with cancer of my significant other. Made it through the radiation and chemo, doing the immunotherapy every 2 weeks.
I learned a lot about what my mind can accept, walks in the woods and learning I can't fix or heal anything, but I can listen and let her unload the thoughts and feelings she deals with.
I've learned yer mind will not take on more than you can handle, but will push the limits some days.
You got this, I have faith in you from what I've read. Hang in there.
