I did everything wrong yesterday. I had yogurt and coffee at 7 and then just water. My appointment was at noon. I was fine until the last 30 minutes when she was finishing all the little details. But I like the pain. I find it therapeutic. We talked about my divorce, dating, the stalker…we laughed and talked shit about my ex. It was fun. I have a high pain tolerance so I’m not too worried. It’s the length of time that makes me nervous lol. Plus it probably doesn’t help that I was down the tiktok rabbit hole of tattoo videos and reading peoples comments about their blood sugar dropping and passing out
