What would you use evil for?

Everyone knows what they'd do with a single wish, a karmically clean one-time check from the Universe to have all one's dreams come true.

But what would you do with consequence. What would you do if you controlled the host of Hell for a day? Or if the Devil offered to buy your soul? Or if you had the power to do that one big bad thing? What would you do then?

What would it gain a person to own the whole world, if they didn't own their own soul? As for sin, well the word sin just means; "Missing the Mark," which everybody does daily. It is only guilt over those sins that binds our minds sometimes to crippling effect. But when Christ died on that cross he paid for all sin, past, present, and future taking title of Earth's occupants back from Lucifer after Adam had given the farm away in the garden.

What could the Devil offer me, that my God can't? Can the Father of all Lies offer me wisdom, kindness, sanctuary in times of distress? Perhaps the better question would be why can't the fallen third of heaven be forgiven the same way man has?

In any event we each have the power to do that one big bad thing if we truely wanted to, and some do as is well testified in the nightly news media. However there is no sin that will not be forgiven, and forgoten by God for those who come to him through Jesus Christ in real earnest. And oh yes, I have sinned mightily myself, and laid in the waistland of self-serving pity due to guilt. But God isn't about Guilt, Lucifer is.

I'd buy into the corrollary to pascals wager. No matter which religion you choose, according to 99% or the other's you are going straight to hell, do not pass go, do not collect two hundred dollars. that being the case, your best option is not to believe and place your hopes on their being a benevolent god who will for give your dfoolish mortal mistakes.

The hosts of hell at my beck & call? DMV, here I come.

One evil deed? I'm afraid I am quite petty, I'd let all the doctors who have refused to give me pain killers, plus all the legislators who have them so scared they are afraid to write a prescription for asprin, plus all the lawyers who got it to the point the doctors are afraid to use a tongue deprssor without a second opinion, and all the insurance companies who get off on jacking up premiums. All of those bastards. I'd give them all a taste of one day in my life, with a migrane and nothing to take for it.

Worth my soul? Considering what I live with most days, I think hell will be a picnic.
