A big salad with grilled chicken breast. feta cheese, tomatoes, red onion slices, candied walnuts, dried cranberries and a homemade dressing. Served with a chilled chardonnay. All served al fresco to celebrate this much needed day of warm temperatures.

It's things like this that remind me that there are some things I think I'd enjoy about moving south. A day and a dinner like you describe, in March? That's one of them.

Weather is amazing. Riding on the back of a Harley to a Thai restaurant where I will have a spicy beef salad with a cold beer. Then some more riding around until it gets dark and cool and time to return home.

Spring certainly has sprung in the Natural State! (or at least for today!!)
