Griiled cheeseburger, grilled corn, some mac and cheese.

*makes notes regarding lack of vegetables (corn doens't COUNT!) and places in mwmnpa's permanent file *

I'm undecided. Either simply brined and grilled boneless chicken or copper river salmon fillet. It's too early to be committed. :D

Damn...is that file going to follow me around for the rest of my life? :D

I'm either going to repeat last night's meal, or grill hot dogs instead with the corn. And I think I'll sautee some spinach with olive oil and garlic.

See, I'm not that smart but I take direction very well. :)

And why doesn't corn count? Last I heard it was a vegetable.

Carne adovada soft tacos with avocado, homegrown tomatoes, spring mix, and green chile salsa.

Corn is a very good starchy food, and technically a vegetable. Howevah....when your meal is macaroni and cheese AND a cheeseburger and presumbably buttered corn AND you don't have a leafy green or a side of grilled veggies anywhere in sight, you can count on me to call you on it. :D Both the heart-health meter and the palate-variety meter went off.

My dinner: scrambled eggs with shallots, spinach and jalapeno cheddar, Aidell's chicken/apple sausage, wheat toast and fresh melon with blueberries.

Diced chicken in spaghetti sauce with shredded zucchihi, ricotta and mozzarella and garlic bread.

I can count on you to call me on a lot of things. It's part of your chahm, and I wouldn't want it any other way. :D

Alright, grilled bone in chicken thighs which will get a brine bath later, grilled corn again, ;) and some more sauteed spinach. Maybe I'll finish the last of the mac and cheese too, if it's alright with you. :)

stuffed chicken, whipped potatoes flavored with blue cheese dressing and asparagus with a side salad

Fish tacos made with grilled lemon shark, fresh baby lettuces from the garden, tomato, spring onion and a light dressing. Yummy.

Grilled salmon fillet with olive oil and a maple sugar/garlic/onion/lemon/pepper blend and french potato salad with green beans, white beans, shallots and fingerling potatoes in a balsamic/dijon vinaigrette with a crisp white wine. Yum.

Tonight will be a version of Sheppards Pie...only using mashed califlower instead of potatoes, and using a spice named, "Montreal Spicy" to season the meat....yummmm-bow....

Tonight I'm making some Juicy Lucy's with corn on the cob and sweet potato fires.

Grilled burgers
Garlic roasted potatoes
Some kind of veggie cause I don't want the crvyone coming after me.

;)
