Mmmm....ricotta on spinach salad sounds fabulous.

I'd planned a grilled pork roast and grilled asparagus with little skewered potatoes. Then I started cleaning my house and lost track of time.

So it's gonna be leftover grilled sirloin sliced thinly and made into wraps with warm whole wheat flatbread, slivered red onion, lettuce, feta and a drizzle of fresh-dill-spiked tzatziki.

It'll sound disgusting if I tell you!

It's a sauce we have with chicken and turkey made out of white bread steeped in milk flavoured with onions-I use bay leaves and a little nutmeg or cloves

It makes a thick gloopy bready sauce but it's delicious with chicken
