I haven't decided yet, but I'm thinking canned corn beef hash, fried with two scrambled eggs.

I think I'll make some New York deli coleslaw with wine vinegar.

I may have a beer tonight.

I'm making a pot of my classic beef chili con carne, with black and pinto beans. I forget how much I love ground cumin. Serving with a salad, crisped cheese quesadillas on whole wheat tortillas and peanut butter cookies for dessert.
