Your Coo Koo for Coco Pops!!

I remember not too long ago shopping for food on a Sunday and walking past a guy who reaked of booze.. Ya we've all been there and no he wasnt drunk it was just from the night before.

I have taken a London Broil roast out of the freezer....not sure what I'll do with it. Prolly sear it with salt & pepper then bake it with taters & onions, beans, etc. Maybe skip the taters & serve rice boiled in the beef broth.

I have a nice, small angus potroasty roast that I need to do something with. I was thinking maybe a mom's style pot roast with tomato? Meh. I'm kinda tired of the winter fare - I want primavera pasta with spring veggies and some grilled salmon.

It's a cut of beef...not really sure what part of the cow.... Bought it a while back for a big party ( was making beef fajitas) and didn't use all of what I bought.

Simple, but OMG good:

Great Northern Beans.....all day in the crock pot, flavored with ham & a little salt & black pepper......green tabasco sauce on mine

Plain old white rice, little touch of butter & salt

A pone of Southern cornbread....stovetop in a cast iron skillet. Not sweetened.

Deer shoulder slow grilled / smoked with oak to 145 degrees...or about med. rare
