Slow roasted, bone in shoulder of lamb on a bed of onions, roast potatoes, roast parsnips and runner beans, savoy cabbage and carrots with gravy made from deglazing the pan...delicious, even if I do say so myself...

I really am a pretty good cook......just not today!
