Last night was homemade venison chili over lettuce, diced tomatoes, & tortilla chips....topped with shredded cheese & sour cream. I ate like a hungry dog!

Well, butter mah bottom & call me a biscuit....

I reckon so. Some folks put cheese in 'em, but a little butter & salt is fine with me. Usually some kind of gravy if eaten with dinner.For breakfast, over medium eggs take the place of the gravy. They don't pack a lot of flavor of their own ( similar to rice in that regard).
