Right here- the moat-garden in Padua, Italy. I spent a few days there, at the tail end of a whirlwind trip through Italy when I was 18... it was empty- the whole city had emptied, to go somewhere cooler for the summer (it was 45 degrees, celcius for the entire three weeks I was in Italy), and you could stay up until 2 am, and it would remain 30 degrees... friends and I sat on the edges of the moat, feeding koi fish the bread from our dinner table. God, it was peaceful. I'd go there again in a heartbeat.

oh my goodness! I went to college in Padova! I know the park you posted. It is a very nice place ... there was a delicious bakery nearby that had the most wonderful cream puffs!

the day I got married ... it was just perfect! and as soon as all the guests were gone ... I wanted to get married all over again! LOL

it's big enough for 2 or 3..and the kitties.. which is great on the days when you just wanna wrap up and cuddle

Just wanted to stop in and say, Hey! to Empress Fi and malin. and everyone else!

Sheesh. Favorite classical music. That's hard. Let's see... well, I suppose Beethoven's 5th and 9th symphonies bear mentioning as well as Water Music and Carmina Burana. Any of Bach's compositions... eek! too broad a subject.
