Have you shared with her that she is still sexy and desireable to you? Perhaps having a conversation with her about her inherent attractiveness, rather than just getting buff yourself, which may actually be making her feel worse since women often lose weight much more slowly than men do to hormones. Maybe she is depressed and needs to feel an emotional connection as well as a physical connection and needs some reassurance.
