Here is some clarification. We had amazing sex before she was diagnosed with cancer. After the cancer diagnosis, her interest waned and so we did more cuddling and touching than intercourse. I was faitthful to her during her cancer treatment. Now she has passed, I am just horny and want intimacy but nothing long term. Cancer taught me that life is too unpredictable to have anything long term.
