Happy and sad and depression can be three non mutually exclusive things. You're fantastic exactly the way you are...sometimes we just have to have a little help balancing our chemistry out. Im glad you are a part of this community and are open about your challenges. We need to normalize mental health and help each other through the dark times

I'm glad you found your way back. Depression is a MFer and something I've dealt with most of my adult life - but having an outlet and people that truly care makes a world of difference!
