Rather than "what kind of sex is had," what would you say is the overall point of the story plot? Is it a fuckyou to the husband? Is it cuck fantasy? Is it permissive extramarital? Is it a love story? This is how you narrow down a category.

As far as tags, you definitely have: anal, lesbian, ffm, threeway, extramarital. Maybe also busty and cheating.

Permissive extra-marital is quite appealing...cuck fantasy a close second...so erotic couplings?

Read the category listing on the front page of the stories site. One of them has "extra-marital fun" right there in the description.
