What The Donald is griping about, and I have to concur, are the personal and other attacks made on him ever since he won the election, even before he was inaugurated. I don't know if talk of impeachment began that long ago or not, but it certainly began earlier than for anybody else.

Trump didn't talk about birth certificates anywhere near as much as Hillary supporters did. Nor as much as certain people are clamoring for his tax returns. As for the press quoting him, this is frequently done out of context and they are looking for embarrassing comments from long ago. For example, this "pussy grabbing" was something hypothetical he said almost twenty years when expressing disdain for women who were so stage-struck as to accept such indignities. It was nothing like the pussy-grabbing actually done by Bill Clinton about the same time.
