Okay, yes; you are right, they did. I stand corrected (sorry.)

But not in the way the current administration does. Not by militarizing and deploying armies of armed thugs into cities to terrorize ethnic populations and arrest (or worse) innocent citizens. Not by prioritizing going after students or law-abiding immigrants. Remember, if they were only targeting violent criminals and gang members who were here illegally, (as Trump had originally promised) very few people would object to them.

I saw a blurb today that ICE has an expedited hiring process for veterans.
This includes all veterans of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and IDF.

Wait....WHAT?

Reportedly 121 field agents of ICE are IDF veterans.

I’ve heard that local therapist have gotten calls for appointments from some of ice.
Also that don’t like our winters. It’s supposed to be -22f tonight. They are not probably dressed for it.

It IS illegal and unconstitutional. Read the Bill of Rights (Assuming you can read English.) This may happen in places like Russia but it's not permitted under the Constitution or the laws of America, regarding illegal searches and seizures, detention without probable cause, presumption of guilt without evidence, cruel and unusual punishments- any number of tactics they employ are illegal according to the Constitution. Whether the rogue, hyper-partisan courts agree or not.
