yeah well.... thought I'd throw a little humor out there... the reality is that there are quite a few devices that people get implanted.... med ports, both insulin and pain control pumps, of course the pacemakers, small chips (seeds)for radiation tx's, and as I recall there was even a small birth control chip at one point....

and then of course there is the implantable I.D. tags with our life/medical history on them that the government would love us to all have...
