ICE is operating, in most cases, with judicial orders, criminal warrants and notices for final deportation. If other illegal migrants are caught up in those law enforcement operations they are subject to detainment and further legal actions against them, DUE PROCESS before an immigration magistrate. That's the law.

Yes, Due Process, as you say, is the law. The reason people are protesting is because none of the people who are being kidnapped by ICE are given Due Process !

Then armed troops and the National Guard moved in and the protestors found they had to defend themselves against the violence being used towards them. What's happening is not "riots" , it's American citizens defending themselves against illegal governmental militaristic actions.
