Honestly? Knowing human nature, probably nothing. After a couple of awkward scenes where the maid tries to assert herself only to find her employers want someone to bend over a couch, they likely part ways.

But this scenario is still worth writing as each party can recommend someone who fits their needs a little better. Maybe she brings over a young woman that she's acquainted with and enjoys watching as the Smiths treat her as a freeuse maid-slut for an entire Saturday.

I could see it working.

Main characters are rich, used to being able to make controversies disappear. They hire the maid, each planning a different little torment or harassment but Maid is quicker and takes each of them down one after another.

Son steals her panties, planning to fill them up with his spunk. She comes up from behind him and restrains him as she strokes him to completion, then makes him lick the panties and put them on.

Daughter plans to spill wine on maid (contract includes fines for not being impeccable) and then force her to strip so she can blackmail her into her servitude.
