Been there, done that, got a few t shirts along the way. In fact, have had some fantastic friendships with women who were friends and we became fucking friends.

Groundrules must be set. The law of the land must be talked about at the very beginning. You must tell each other what is expected or unexpected. If one of you decides to end the sexual part and want to keep the friendship, then so beit. But understand that even though it was all talked about before hand that sometimes people get their feelings hurt or whatever. We are humans. Some may say outwardly "Sure I can handle it" while in the recesses of our minds that they really cannot. Most of the time, if, the proper groundwork is covered at the start then it is no big dealio.

However just be careful and be smart. Talk about it and get things out in the open. Fuck each other silly and then go do what the hell ever. Don't be open to others about your "secret" and don't just suddenly act "different" towards each other.

Sometimes it is easier to walk away then it is to actually partake in the fruits without actually eating the fruits. Just be careful which fruits you pick.

IMHO, some of the best sex I have had were with a fucking friend. Sex and making love are two different things and as such bring about different types of relationships or expectations. Be open and honest with one another though and you can have some good sex with someone you know and trust at a friendship level without the "boyfriend" or "girlfriend" relationship IF that is what you are looking for.

Just don't get yourself painted into a corner, or wonder what happened once that other party finds a "girl/boyfriend" and the sex is not there anymore.............just my two cents.

Probably more that I could say but those are some of the parameters I have been involved with and some of the parameters I have instilled/discussed/acted on in the past.
