This could be residual anger from the Catholic priest pedos. Politics will always draw the worst human scum possible. Pedos are spread equally across both parties. I would be glad to see them all face charges, but a sweep like that would also snag innocent people in the witch hunt. The daycare abuse hysteria in the 80s and 90s, with some innocent people imprisoned for decades, show how easily a mob can assign guilt.
