Gosh, there is so much that goes into woman's thoughts about herself. We are our own worst critics when it comes to physical appearance or even our overall comfort of ourselves. Confidence plays a key role in over coming insecurities. Positive reinforcement is a great way to instill confidence. For myself personally, how I see myself ebbs and flows depending on many variables...hormonal being the well known one.

My advice is treat her like a princess or a slut depending on her likes and she'll reward you for it.
