Looking for a story i read maybe a year or 2 ago. Not sure if it was new at the time or older then then that. In the beginning the wife tells her husband she's leaving him for a richer man and it would be better that way due. After the divorce the husband leaves town and eventually meets a girl and remarries has a daughter and near the end the end the new wife ends up being some important and is in charge of a event that the ex and her rich husband attend and are shocked when the husband is married to someone that powerful.
