On the coldness... yup, it's freezing over here in Britain too... but hey, think yourself lucky, guess which mug had to run up and down the stairs outside wearing just a flimsy T-shirt, then got stuck having to shrinkwrap stuff in a very cold store room... yup, muggins here as usual, bleh.
