my friend was born without wisdom teeth.
i hate her.

I had 5 wisdom teeth removed

The Dentist did one.

The Oral surgeon used 20 mg of intraveneous valium with a barbiturate drip.
It was one of the happiest times of my life! I felt terrific!

Sometimes I wish I had more to remove.

Had mine out on Sept 4th (I remember bc the one week checkup was on the 11th) and I still haven't recovered, part of my jaw is still numb from a nicked nerve.

Wisdom teeth problems suck!

I had oral surgery a few months back and I was terrified. I was given a valium, nitrous oxide and boy, was I feeling good! Once the needle entered my arm for the anasthesia, I was out.

It hurt afterwards but the vicoden, steriods, and high doses of ibuprofen helped me big time. Take the drugs! Take them all.

The nerve damage hasn't healed. My jaw is now a weathervane, but besides that, I feel so, so much better.
