But I’m confused because I was under the impression they were only getting rid of the more “explicit”? avatars? I read a while ago that they would be doing a site wide spread nurfing of all the pictures posted without imbedded links + avatars.


But @peekingone image is still there and I’d argue it’s a lil more erotic than yours….

Maybe a robot without a sweater on is a bit too sexy? I mean, it obviously is, but don’t censor that shit!

50/50 is equality.
In general I mean the physical, mental impact on the person.
I prefer the Pareto principle, also known as the 80/20 rule, states that roughly 80% of outcomes result from 20% of causes.
In our case if we follow the healthy lifestyle in 80% we still have room for other non healthy things as well.

I don’t think we were built to be perfectly oiled machines working the same strict programs.

I’m more of a “fuck me it’s only Thursday?” person. It means another full day starting at 6am

It really is an important topic.

I think our physical and mental health is super closely tied to things like pleasure, and emotional connection, yet is also often overlooked or dismissed as indulgent…? For example, taking a day off work to re set because of burn out….

I think the more we can collectively understand how our nervous systems work, the better we can care for ourselves in a way that’s sustainable in the long run, and not just strict or “disciplined.”
