It simply means some marriages failed. By that logic, the existence of failed businesses would prove there’s no value in starting companies.

A better analogy would be if more people waited to start a business until they had more experience working for one and a better sense of what they needed to do. Again, that would be a good thing.

High marriage rates historically correlate with stable family formation, higher birth rates, and better outcomes for children.

That last one depends entirely on how healthy the marriage is. Also, higher birth rates aren't necessarily a good thing.

Whether one personally values those things is a separate debate, but dismissing marriage entirely because some end in divorce is a non sequitur.

I will note that women file for the vast majority of divorces. They do this because they know the laws are tilted in their favor and that, with little effort, they can end up with half or more of what a man has accumulated and move on to the next victim.

The laws you refer to were not only created entirely by men, they exist in the first place because that's the way men wanted it. For example, custody used to almost always go to the father. The reason why it's the other way around now is, some men wanted to make life easier for deadbeat dads.
