Women of Lit: A Safe Place To Share

Just for something fun to share, I’ve had opportunity to partake in some cool ecstatic dance these last two full moons. Staying out into the early hours hits harder than it used to, but damn it fills my cup!
Oh! Dance is like my refuge in these apocalyptic times!
It calms me when I'm feeling hectic an intense.
Often I'll spend an evening, just myself, moving to whatever rhythm, music or deep feelings.
I close my eyes and can imagine dancing in the light of a full moon 💃

There's a small UK band called Daughter that I used to follow and they have a song called No Care. I really feel the opening lines...
"No one asks me for dances because I only know how to flail
I always hit like I'm drowning, dead arms around him
I'd rather stand still, hold tightly to the walls"

It's best if I dance when there's not even a moon! :sneaky:

I feel this! It’s like something within the earth must emerge and we’re part of the circuit bringing it forth

You know when you're tired and you scan something and kinda misread?

Trampoline vaginas. That was my initial take on your post.
:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: I do know that feeling! I picked a couple of random topics at the start of the conversation without joining those two dots.... but you know... pelvic floors like trampolines sounds a good thing, right?
