Probably not, but writing ratatouille could easily have that effect.

OR what about if you prepared it in a heavy iron skillet and perhaps the weight of said object would greatly weaken one's hand and wrist, also leading to such illegibility?

That's why chez l'école de cordon bleu they train chefs to handle heavy cast iron skillets with their left hand, unless they are left-handed. They also tend to prepare ratatouille in stockpots rather than iron skillets. It's a stew, not a sauté.
