Circling the clearing I notice something move over on the North side.
* I see something, investigate*

Four of the creatures fly over & check on the intruder
*My Lord, it is a human male, wearing some strange armor & weilding strange weapons. He observed only but did not attack.*

Had to be Cable. *Is that the only thing you have seen?*
*Yes, My Lord*
*Return to your home . I shall call again when I need you*
The creatures shrieked & rose into the clouds, dissapearing into the shadows below the clouds.
"Wraith to Storm, all clear here, I'll be landing & checking things out from the ground. Dazzler is in the south side of the clearing, & it appears to be big enough for the Blackbird, with no obstructions. Out."

I land on the east side of the clearing & draw my wings back into my armor.
* Come to me, my Hunters*
A low baying echos aross the woods as the Darkhounds step out of the shadows & mists. Hunter comes up & nuzzles me, then lays at my feet.
*Go, patrol the area around the clearing & make sure we are not disturbed. No killing, & do not be seen. YOu know the scents of my companions, leave them be as well as the human female on the south side of the clearing. Now go.*
Hunter wuffs at me, then the hounds leap into the shadows, breaking off in groups of 4 & patrolling the area.
"Wraith to the X-men. Area secure & being patrolled. Cable, don't shoot my hounds, they will not like it. Storm, your clear for pick-up. Out"

Wraith - "Storm, your clear for pick-up. Out"

Storm brings the Blackbird gently down in the clearing as Wraith suggests. He's doing just fine, she thinks to herself. Scouting the area, finding a clearing, assessing the area for danger...... yeah, he's just fine all right.

The Blackbird hits the ground with a llight thud.

"OK everyone, let's move"
Storm unbuckles herself from the seat

"Jubilee, let's see what you can do now. You're a very smart, very capable young lady. Show me. I'm just going to watch now..."

Storm is impressed with Wratih, and she knows full well Jubes is not wanting to be treated like a child.....

I heard the sound of the shadow hounds coming thru the comm. ::Cable, if you see or sense some large five foot dogs, don't shoot 'em either. Wraith call out the ground crew:: Kyle voice come thru the unit "Wraith to the X-men. Area secure & being patrolled. Cable, don't shoot my hounds, they will not like it. Storm, your clear for pick-up. Out."

Stormy replies, "Got it Wraith." Landing on the southside of the clearin', the Blackbird hits the ground with a light thud. "Ok everyone, let's move ..." She unfastens her safety belt & moves to the hatch. "Jubilee, let's see what you can do now. You're a very smart, very capable young lady. Show me. I'm just going to watch now ..." <wonders> ::Is everyone reading my mind today, I have just dat expressive of a face or did sum one blab::

I move toward the hatch. Lookin at Bish, "Bish, cover my back but don't shoot the shadow hounds. Even if they're spooky, Wraith gave 'em the orders to patrol. They will only attack if you provoke 'em." I wanted to get that clear in his mind, cos Bish was already leery about him. "Wraith, Where is Cable from our position?" I listen for his reply. "Wraith to Jub, Cable is North from the Blackbird. Out."

::Cable, head south from where ya are. Keep yer eyes peeled & don't hurt the hounds. Cos I am not gonna be able to pull anyone out of a fight:: I reinforce my point about that. "Okies, let's go." I grab the med kit, as we head out the hatch. Movin out carefully & scanin the area we head to where Dazzler is down.

(i hear jubilee tell me to head south from my position )
cable if u see five foot large hounds dont shoot wraith called in the ground crew.

as i look around i do not sense anything but using my eyes and ears i can hear movement around me in the bush

as I make my way south i cant help but think something is wrong
this mission cant be this easy

i reach out with my mind and try to see if i can sense dazzler
i dont feel anything but then

I feel a faint trace it is obvious that she is hurt

OOC: I am just going to post if PF changes his then I will adjust my accordingly.

::Very well Jubilee, I hear you:: I sense the uneasy in his thoughts. ::Good. Stormy had me callin the shots, so watch our rear & keep yer mind out of the gutter:: As we get closer, I hear the voice from the message call, yell. "Over here!!!" I give a signal to Bish to stay put & guard.

Speaking into the unit. "Wraith, got any feed back from the hounds yet? Cable is makin his way south & will cover our backs. Bish, stay here & guard. Stormy, I got voice contact with Dazz. She is conscious. I'm goin in." I move closer keepin my eyes & ears peeled.

Before I see her, I make one last instuction over the comm. "Everyone, heads up." I keep walkin & see Dazz on the ground. She waves an arm at me. "Guys, I have visual contact with Dazz. She is alone."

I drop down beside Dazz & open the med kit up. "Hey Dazz, howzit hangin? Remember me? No? Well anyways, I'm Jubilee & yer Dazzler. " I hide the fact that I'm nervous as heck & breakin the ice so to speak. "So you got anythin broken. Arm, leg, finger, heart??"

I do a simple first aid check like we where all taught to do. It seem to be nuthin broken & the worst she had were cuts & bruises. Bandaging Dazz up, I call for a pick up. "Jub to everyone, Dazz is fine, she only suffered some cuts & bruises. Possible concussion, no bones broken as far as I can tell. She'll need an exam by Beastie Boy to be sure. We are ready for pick up. Bish, I could use you up here. Jub out."

Storm hears Jubilee's transmission.

Excellent work, she thinks to herself. This sexy little one has a future in this biz.....

She walks over to the doorway and gazes out....

"OK, everyone, you heard Jubilee. Let's move."

"...ouch....my head.... Jubilee is that you? Can't see straigh, I hit my head on the way down." I figured they would try to do a telepathic scan on me so I activated the inhibitor device in my boot. It acted as a small shield around me, not allowing any nasty telepaths to scan me.

"OK, everyone, you heard Jubilee. Let's move."

At Storms command I take to the shadows, stepping from one to the next until I have done a circit around the clearing. I can see everyone, Jube helping Dazzler stans, while Cable stands guard, a sentinal against attack I wouldn't want to mess with.
I see Storm on the ramp, looking in Jube's general direction, so i shadowstep to where she is, appearing out of the shadows by the door.
"Your protogee is doing fine, they should be here in a minute. The area is secure, & no strange scents were picked up. I am going to go wait in the back so i don't startle Dazzler, I am a bit... intimidating when someone forst meets me."
I walk up the ramp, & finding a darkened seat I relax & wait for the ride home.
* Hunter, take your pack & return when the plane leaves*

Resisting the urge to shoot those damn shadow dogs I walked up behind Jubilee and lifted Dazzler into my arms. I should have been paying attention to job at hand but I was too busy checking for other possible enemy activity. Upon finding there was none I carried Dazzler back to the Blackbird and strapped her onto one of the beds we keep on the jet in case of medical emergency. Then I sat back and awaited the next order.

OCC: SOrry this is short but I am on my way to work. Damn real life keeps cutting into my fun

Storm

Storm watches Wraith enter and Bishop bring in Dazzler and strap her in. Jubilee brings up the rear.

Storm meets Jub on the ramp and pulls her aside. "You did very well for your first mission, little one" A broad smile graces her face. The wind blows her long, blonde hair about, making her look especially tantalizing. Jubilee for a brief moment thinks back to poolside, to the "electric" moment they shared. "Thanx, Stormy" she says with a wink. "Do I get a prize?"

Storm thinks for a moment. "We'll see" she says with an even broader smile.

"Everyone strapped in?? Cable, bodyslide back after you scan the area for any signs of struggle or anything. " she says through the transmitter. "We'll meet you back at the mansion."

Storm returns to the controls and the Blackbird moves up slowly at first, then more quickly. They were headed for the mansion...

OOC - anyone can post the return to the mansion from here.

Stromy give the executive order. "OK, everyone, you heard Jubilee. Let's move." I help Dazz to her feet, 'til Bish comes up behind me & pick her up. "Don't flake on me Dazz. The big guy pickin ya up right now is Bishop. Getta know him better K." I wink at Bish but the big guy isn't payin attention to me or Dazz. <Rollin Eyes> "Bish, chill will ya." He walks ahead of me, as we make our way back to the BlackBird.

I come up to the ramp several paces behind Bish. Stormy meets & pulls me aside. "You did very well for your first mission, little one." she smiles, the wind blowing through her hair making her look sexy as heck. I think back to the pool side, for a brief moment, to the "electric" moment they shared. "Thanx, Stormy" <Wink> "Do I get a prize?" She thinks for a moment. "We'll see ..." & she smiles brighter.

She get serious after that moment. "Everyone strapped in?? Cable, bodyslide back after you scan the area for any signs of struggle or anything. We'll meet you back at the mansion." She asks thru the comm. ::Nate if ya don't have a comm unit ... Stormy need ya do a scan of the area for signs of anything, then meet us back the mansion:: I thought it was weird that he didn't say anything thru the comm but only telepathically.

I take the seat closest to Dazzler, while Bish sits as far as he can from Wraith. I give Kyle a wink & blow him a . Stormy buckles herself into the pilots chair, as the Baclkbird slowly takes off & heads back to the mansion. When we reach our cruising altitude, I go over to Dazz & take one of those chemical ice pack. Squeezing it so the chemicals mix, I place it on the ping-pong size lump I found on her head.

"This will keep the swellin down, 'til we get back to Westchester. Keep ya eyes close, that should help with the dizziness. Can ya tell us what happened??" I lean in close enough that the comm unit can pick up her voice.

"...not sure.......don't remember too much.......me and Longshot were on the top level of the TV studio with the X-babies.....than a big explosion.......didn't see Mojo around at all......lots of smoke...... Sorry my head is throbbing I think I need some rest...."

I grab & activate another cold pack from the supplies. "It's ok Dazz, just keep yer eyes close. Let me put this pack on yer eyes. I found that it helps when ya have a headache. We should be to the mansion in a few minute." Wrapping it in a towel I place it over her eyes.

"Then we'll get ya to a soft bed & some shut eye before Hank prods ya." <giggles> Dazz almost jumps off the table when I said that. "I didn't mean that kind. Med exam. " Storm speak to me over my laughter. "Jub stop teasing her or there will be not prize for you later. Strap yourselves in, we are coming in for a landing."

<Pouting> "But Stormy ... " I double check the straps then sit back down. Crossing my arms over my chest. "It wasn't on purpose." I mutter, as the Blackbird decends for a landing in the hanger bay.

Bishop in "Listen and Watch"

I sit as far as everyone else and remain prepared for battle. This was all too easy. I mean seeing where Dazzler was there hardly any signs of struggle and if this explosion happened in the Mojoverse how did Dazzler get here back in the real world?? So many questions but I am going to wait till we get back to the mansion for me to properly interview Dazzler.

I listen to her and Jubilee talk and I even I had to admit that line about Hank poking and prodding her made me smile. However listening to her pout after being so mature helped me remind myself that even though Jubilee is blossoming into a smart independent young woman there is still a lil of that mall brat inside of her lol

Wraith : as Squint

Da boss left with that tight little firecracker & the white-haired lady, so I get to explore some more. Heading up I find a room in the attic of dis old place. Lotsa plants, but lets see if I can find something interesting. Hmmmm, she's a kinky one, lotsa leather, lotsa latex. time to check the dresser. Why do the wenches allways hide their toys with their panties? hell, this wench barely has panties. Hmm, the uual stuff here, dildo ( big one too), anal plug, shit, at least 6 vibes. Oh, what have we here, a metal cube, & it has writing on it "To Ororo, for when I am elswhere & you want me. from: Forge" Wonder what this thingy is. Well, only one wat ta find out, push the damn red button.
When Squint pushes the button the box explodes, manicles shooting out & spreading him out in a "X" shape, then 2 tentaclescome out, their tips looking disturbingly like penisis, & pulsing. They start moving down Squints body & one starts probing at his butt.
"Holy Shit, A Possessed Fucking Dildo!!!!!!!!'
Squint Shifts himself back to shadow, the stimulator that Forge had crafted falling to the ground, once more a harmless box.
Then the night's silence is broken by the Blackbird landing. The X-men have returned.

We were about to reach the mansion. Jubilation Lee was provoking Dazzler a bit with her comments on prodding by our beloved Dr. McCoy. If the little one only knew what REAL prodding that Beast was capable of....

"Jub stop teasing her or there will be not prize for you later. Strap yourselves in, we are coming in for a landing." She had no intention on delivering on this empty thread. Jubilee was getting sexier to her by the minute. Her playfulness.... her youth.... her gorgeous face.... her confidence and determination... That all could be put to good use, with a little coaxing. Ororo liked to "coax"......

Storm suddenly thought to herself "I wonder why Cable has not contacted us yet?"

"Has anyone heard from Cable telepathically? This is not like him."

Bishop replies "He can handle himself."

"Yeah, but still...." Jube says

"Our mission was not to worry about Cable" Wrath retorts.

"True" Storm replies. But she couldn't help but wonder.....

She brings the Blackbird in for a soft landing. She was getting almost as good at flying it as Scott....

That brat Jubilee had startled me a bit. Couldn't let myself do that again, it was hard enough to keep up my shape. Perhaps I could steal one of those image inducers that Beast and my son have used in the past. As we entered the hangar I was finally in. This is the last place anyone would suspect. "...My head is killing me, I hate to sound rude but is there an open bed I can use for a few hours?"

We land & Bishop & Jube take over dazzler, leading her into the mansion. I hear her ask about a bed & Jube say something about the room next to hers being free. I get up & walk to the front of the Blackbird, where Storm is shutting everything down.
" So, how did it all go? Bishop & Jubilee are taking dazzler in to get some rest. She looks like she was banged up a bit, but thats all. Need any help shutting this down & doing the post-flight?"

"Thank you Kyle, but no help is needed. Everyone did a wonderful job. I am very impressed. I am still worried about Cable, though. I'm going to see the prefessor and get his opinion, as well as give him the final report. You are free to go and do whatever you'd like. Thanks again. You are a welcome member of the X-Men."

Storm wonders just what Wraith wanted to do. Or who, for that matter. It was night time now, does he sleep? Wander? Patrol? Lose his inhibitions? Eat? Can HE find Cable? Hmmmm....

Storm continues the post flight procedure. It didn't take long......

ooc: sorry for not being around been busy with work past few days

As I stand guard and protect the perimeter I can see everything goin on in my minds eye. I try to keep radio and telepathic silence because i dont want any surprises.

I see bishop loading dazzler into the blackbird. interesting jube is checking out his ass. oh well nothing to worry about . although this seemed a little too easy I have been to mojoverse if there was as massive a problem as she says there would be some sign of battle or something.

jubilee: storm wants u to stay behind and look for signs of a battle.

very well they are in the blackbird and she is right i can bodyslide back whenever.

( as I bend down to look at the grass i begin to investigate)

i only see one set of footprints. i dont see any signs that a teleport happened no residual energy in the immediate area the grass has not been disturbed at all

I walk to the spot where dazzler was found a body print in the grass small strands of fabric there is absolutely no signs of a battle or that she was chased or anything i will fan out

as i use my tk to move around (dont want to miss anything or disturb the area) i dont see anything unusual hmmm...... what is this

i find small metal parts like some kind of communication device i guess this is how she contacted us at the mansion

I step back & Shadowshift myself to New York. There is always something to see here, & tonight I feel like wandering. I am restless. The mission went off without a hitch. Dazzler should be in Beast's capable hands, & Jube would probably be back in Storms before too long.
I concentrate, & the wings grow out my back. I take to the air, flying high, lost in thought.

I went into the spare bedroom and locked the door. I had originally intended to lose Dazzler's shape so I can relax for a little while but I didn't know if Xavier had any security cameras or what not in here. The device I kept in my right boot allowed me to shield myself from the telepaths, and the left was to be used in case of an emergency.

I got under the covers, even putting the comforter over my head, and pretended to sleep. I would rest for an hour and then report to Beast for a physical, still had to figure out how to get out of that.

This would give me enough time to return to my normal state and relax a bit. I had locked the door, so no surprised should take place.

Kyle shadowsteps off to God-knows-where. Damn, he's sexy.

Her post flight check was finished. She exited the Blackbird and proceeded tho the professor's room for a rundown of what had transpired.

Halfway there, she decided against it. It was getting late, and she wanted to get some rest. She thought hard to connect to the Prof - "Professor, Can I meet with you tomorrow instead of tonight? "
"Storm, I monitored your mission closely. No need to rush, I am very pleased with how things transpired. I'll see you tomorrow."
"Thank you, Professor. Good night."

She headed to the attic to her room...

**a few moments later**

She opens the door to her room, enters and closes it behind her. Tossing herself on to her bed, she is happy with the day's events, yet quite tired. Her mind races. There's only one way she can relax at a time like this....

"Now where's that little gift that Forge made for me...."

She starts to get up off the bed when she notices it sitting on the floor.

"I know I didn't leave it THERE......Hmm..... "
