Wraith's Powers

i have read over your post & would like to introduce my old champions character ( I love that game, but almost no one plays it)
His name is kyle Greystone, but his code-name is Wraith. He is a mutant, & his ability is that he taps into the demi-plane of shadow, gaining certain powers & liabilities from it. He is loosely based on The Darkness character from Top Cow comics, but is nowhere near that powerful!
his powers are as follows:
he can summon imps from the plane of shadow, & control them through force of will.
he can go desolid (shadow-form) & teleport from shadow to shadow. He can also long-distance teleport himself & 7000 lbs.
he can fire concussion blastes of darkness from his hands, & can also envelope opponents in a non-lethal confining goo to immobilize them. he can cause his fingers to become super hard & sharp claws( his leathal attack). He has darkvision ( darkness is daylight to him) & does not age (he doesn't know about this one.) lastly he can cause a field of inpenetrable darkness to fall around where he chooses, but must concentrate to keep it up. He has near spider-man agaility, & high-human strength.

Now for his disadvantages. he is light sucepptable ( bright lights hurt his eyes, so he constantly wears sunglasses.His powers basically shut down when he is on holy ground, & truely holy objects presented at him can physically hold him at bay. in his hero form, he looks pretty damn scary ( see the darkness pics), & that makes it hard for others to see him as a hero. He has faced a few villians, but nobody on a power scale the X-men have faced.

Hmm....Wraith seems an awesome character. Why didn't I think of him? Lolz Okay, I mean the story is still interesting. Everyone got a little tease from the girls...except Beast and Spiderman...(where is Spiderman?) ...and the X-men still doesn't know who or what Kyle (Wraith) is. And knowing the team we got here, they are good at what they write. I'm sure they'll juice it up a lil.

Don't forgot I didn't get any action either. As far as the whole wolvie/wraith thing you could have myself and beast break the fight up. My character is exactly level headed at all times but, then again wolvie does trust me. You could also have a npc of the White Queen and with her new power of diamond hard skin and her sex appeal she should be able to pry the 2 apart. As for psylock she can join me and possibly firestar in the danger room.
Sorry I know I am taling a lot but, can we possibly get a hell fire club going too because I got some good ideas for there? The last thing is the npcs is a great idea that way we don't have to worry about ruining someones ideas with their person. I know I have a list of them I would like to start up and I can give u a bio of most people if needed.

Oh and firestar and storm I have some plans for both of u not exactly at the same time but, if u want to pm I can run the ideas by u.

well, my lady was talking to a friend ( & teasing the hell out of the poor kid too) & I was thinking we should leave prof. X as a NPC on this. As for the Wolvie/Wraith thing, we are PM'ng each other & working on it, so don't sweat it too much guys. I didn't get damaged that bad ( this is a old RPG character, & I have gotten beaten up much worse ) . Besides, Like I told Shotokan07, I have 3 georgeous horny ladies to ...help... me!

*Sighs* .... I wish we had some digital floor plans. I have a hardcopy of the XMen Survival Guide to the Masion, which has the plans in it. Anyone know where to find plans online.

Just a few points:

The current actions are taking place in the DAYROOM, which has a wet bar and a kitchenette (Not to be confused with the main kitchen).

There is an indoor pool in another part of the house. There’s no Pool in the Dayroom.

Also, it seems Storm is the one trying to calm things down.

There also seems to be a split with Firestar. For consistency sake, she’s in the main foyer with Beast and Havoc.

Here’s a floor plan:

First Sub-Basement:
Men’s and Women’s Dormitory Rooms (Bathroom between each room), Physics Labs, Automated Surgery, Operating Theater (Recovery Rooms below), Supplies/Pharmacy, Heavy Transport tunnel, Chemical/Biological/Bioelectric Lab, Electronics Lab, Pool, Gym, Sauna/Whirlpool, Lockers/Showers and High Speed Personnel Transport to Aircraft.

Basement:
Computer System Main Memory, Water Heater, Workshop, Major Laundry Room, Above Grade Power Back-up System, Oil Heater, Wine Cellar, Furniture Storage, Book Storage and Ready Room.

Ground Floor:
Dayroom, Library, Professor Xavier’s Office, Ante Room, Gallery, Formal Sitting Room, Patio, Public Rest rooms, Main Kitchen, Formal Dining Room and Parlor Room.

Second Floor:
Women’s and Men’s Dormitory Rooms (Bathroom between each room), Study Hall, Automated Laundry Service, Bath and Dressing Rooms, Professor Xavier’s Bedroom, Gallery, Reading Areas and Automated Linen Service/Housekeeping.

High Speed Transport Tubes connect the floors for rapid movement in addition to the various stairs.

Na I know all about Iceman. I even read some of his fanfiction stories as research and that is kinda the problem. He is really really different from the kinda characters I am used to playing. Don't worry I will try to manage but I was hoping maybe G&R would let me be a created character too

Along time ago, one of my old GM's/AD&D DM told me that a character, either created or one ready made like Iceman is only a shell.

Think of it was merely a second skin. Imagine yourself waking up one morning naked. You go to the closet and and open it. There, you find a bodysuit made of skin. You take it off the hanger and pit it on. It has a snug fit, more than spandex. You step into the legs, slide it over your shoulders. You feel it bond to your skin, and become's one with you. It has no mind of it's own, no seperate will to speak of. You are the exact same person you just were, but now with Iceman's powers.

When you play, don't think "What would Bobby (aka Iceman) do?" What would YOU do.

For example, when I play Gambit and Sabretooth, I play as if I'm myself, with their powers. Yes, I draw on their personnas some, but when it's done, it's what I might have done in their position.

I totally agree with Gumbo there, it is what you make of it, not who you have to be. Besides, you can alwayz make Iceman the way you want him to be seen...just with his powers. Remember, we can't see anything here, but imagine. =*)

Btw...Gambit, what did "GM & AD&D...." whatever that was meant?

Gambit should finally come into the picture, I tried doing something...just eh, the whole Wraith/Wolverine thing just screwed it up.

G&R I understand what you mean, but at the same time I like to do justice to a character especially one that has been around for like 35 years. I am gonna try to stick it out but with my prospects for nookie dropping I am gonna have to dig deep in the bag of tricks I learned over the years.

U can always dream about people like I sort of did with dazzler and polaris. U can also see if some more female npc can be made and then u can manipulate that npc into action with u.
