No, it's not s mindless C&P.
I extracted the most relevant material.
What do you eant me to do? Summarize it in my own words, so that with my less than ideal E skills people woll strughle to understand what I was trying yo say?
Awesome. Quoted before the edits.
Ha! If we lived closer, I definitely would.
Anyway.
It looks more and more like Emerson crrated this thread with the intent of steering it towards a familiar path.

And I expect more of the likes of SaintPeter to start posting in it, so it's time to call it in.
No, it's not a mindless C&P.
I extracted and compressed material that I thought to be more relevant.

Emerson, why are you not cleaning the house and the toilet? Wait a minute. Do you have an outhouse![]()

1.My yoga teacher reminds me yoga can be incorporated in to life; mindful awareness of our physical and spiritual passage through each day. So how we climb the stairs the moments we use while the kettle boils.
As a sensualist I feel similarly. It's not just what I do, life need not be FULL if the emptiness is appreciated in itself.
- Food need not be the gourmet, if a simple, good dish is wanted.
But the decisions we make in what we incorporate in our worlds does matter; what we wear, eat, what we surround our senses with , where our thoughts rest.
- I know these impact on me anyway. When I make the moments count and choices that are enriching in the emptiness and the fullness, that are in accord with how I think and feel, my outlook is more how I would have it be.
2.Sometimes these choices are to be passive; to fail to respond or to close my senses to some influences or sensations. I feel torn over this as I would like to feel iron clad that I can experience all with no taint of its odour clinging to me, but I'd rather admit it's better to close to it sometimes and give my thought to where it is better used for my benefit. Sometimes they are small but active. I have recently tried incorporating a Benedictine approach to door opening and closing. It's a bit frustrating when one is the pied piper to a quartet of four footed house pets who move at different paces, but in encourages thought.

Sorry Emerson not particularly related to you I'd say this regardless of who wrote it.
But what a bunch of logorrheic fluff..
